Seamaster 2220.80

A Seamaster 2220.80 has crossed my path, and am considering a purchase. I can't see any issues from the photo I have (although I'll ask for more if I decide to follow up on it), but don't fully trust myself on such things, so wanted to post the picture collage of it here and see if anyone else spots anything that I've missed. Thanks in advance for any and all comments!

No red flags that I can see. It does look like its been polished because the small links are brushed(dull) and I believe should be shiny instead. But not a big deal. You could always have them polished if you like at next service.

My only concern would be to make sure you can see that serial number on the back lugs. I can't see it from these pics. I had purchased on second hand once and someone had ground the serial number off completely.

The bezel insert looks clean and unblemished which is sometimes hard to find on a older seamaster.

Thanks! I've read about grey dealers grinding the serials off of these back in the day, but this one has a pretty clear number on the higher resolution photo, so I think it's ok in that regard.

What a great looking watch. Not much help except that if everything is right, go for it.

Small links are brushed from factory, not polished. I can confirm when I get home later .

Looks good to me. I have the chronograph version of this watch, it was the first “nice” watch I bought. You will enjoy wearing this one.
