Please help!!!!!

Does anybody know if there is a link on this forum, that can show me how to replace the bezel insert on my GMT? It is the newer model (GMTI with saphire crystal Pepsi colors 16700?). A friend had an extra one that he had bought on one of his European trips, and he sold it to me. Since mine is faded, I want to give it a fresh look, and I'd rather do it myself instead of sending it to my AD for repalcement.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
