Arabian dial on my 6694 precision rolex 1981

Hello, I try to know more about my watch... ROLEX OYSTERDATE PRECISION 34mm model 6694. Mine is maybe very rare and collectible because it is a blue dial with arabian hours and I never found another like this one. Can you tell me if I am wrong or not? I have no idea how to find out. I did buy it into a store in France few years ago.

A picture would help a lot.
In the 60s, 80s, and maybe the early 80s; dials with Arabian numbers (not our modern 1, 2, 3, etc...) could be found on 6694, 180x, and 150x - perhaps other references.
These watches are pretty rare. Nice find!

if it's like other 6694's then it has a handwound 1225 movement with a 28.8k beat rate and a screw down oyster crown. while is it not a certified chronometer, it can be very accurate. it does not have a quick set date, so you will have to advance through a full 24 hours to get a date change. the oyster bracelet is 19mm wide with hollow links. 1960s models were expandable and had riveted links. at some point they switched over to a traditional oyster bracelet.

hope this helps.

I haven't seen any 6694 with this dial. Most of the time it's used on president.

If you are looking on Google, try using "arabic", not "arabian". It's a more common term for that type of watch numerals, and you'll get more results.

Arabian dial on my 6694 precision rolex 1981

There have been many aftermarket/fake dials used on 6694's. It is a plentiful watch model so you see them cleaned up often for sale. Pictures could help us determine if it is an original dial or an aftermarket dial. I dont recall seeing too many 6694s with an Arabic dial from the factory. Most 6694s had stick markers on the dial.

If it looks like either of the dials below then it is an aftermarket and didn't originally come on the watch.
