Picked up two new straps at the Panerai AD, here on St Maarten, while on vacation. Green canvas and blue croc!

Not a really big fan of the PR indicator but it does look nice on your wrist! Congrats! +1 to 1950 case

Glen

You know, the power reserve indicator is one of those things that some like and some don't. I personally am drawn to it and one of the reasons why I chose this model. And LOVE the 50's case. Fits so nicely

Brian, you didn't take the Panerai with you on vacation?? I can't wait to see that canvas on your 321. Good time to be on vacation in St Marteen... I heard Towson got a lot of rain (I used to live behind Goucher College).

Nope, I didn't take with me and sorry I didn't. And now I can't wait to see the Pam with its new shoes!

While away I also missed Storm Sandy. Thankfully friends went and prepped my house for all the rain and everything was ok. Apparently MD got hit, but certainly not hit the way NJ and NY did.

I may have had to go back into Phillipsburg, St Maarten, for one more strap from Art of Time. ;-)

Left with the buffalo

I LOVE the canvas strap! Very bad ass looking. The blue croc doesn't quite match IMO but is a very nice strap.

The Blue is a unique color blue. Almost steel blue in color. Tough for the camera to capture, better in person.

And here is the buffalo I just picked up. Has a totally different texture to it than the croc and JV straps.

Very happy! This is the strap I went back for after I bought the first two. So smooth and soft, wears well on the wrist, and the stitching is a nice touch

Glad I returned to the AD for it

Thanks!!!!!

Ooh that means only one thing.....

Time to order!!
I never cease to be amazed at how these straps look just ok until they are actually on the watch. There should be a word for that... Dressed??

Sad day... I sold the Pam321. I found a special watch that i wanted to purchase, but the only way I could make the transaction happen, financially, is if i sold the Panerai. I figured it was a modern watch, that i could find again. So, for now...goodbye

Hi Brian, that's a shame you had to sell the 321, it's such a great watch! What did you buy instead?

I have purchased a 321 recently and on the hunt for some straps. I have the Assolumente on order and wanted to know how yours aged over time? The 321 is a very difficult piece to acquire here in the UK!

I found a vintage Tudor 7159 Monte Carlo with box and papers!

I have all but one OEM straps and they age so nicely. Black, brown, blue croc, green canvas, buffalo, and the JV strap. The other is a Rob Montana.

Sorry if this sounds silly, but where is the GMT hand?

Oh man what a great watch. I too was all in on the 90 but then I saw the 321 and was sold almost instantly. The only thing holding me back was that I thought the gmt hand along with everything else was a bit to busy. I just learned that you could hide it under the hr hand. Amazing. I tried it on yesterday and now the saving begins....

Very nice piece. I was at the OP Boutique in Dallas over the weekend and tried this one on and it really sang to me. I have a Pam 183 but this is probably my next Pam to move into a Luminor.
