Breitling Navitimer 806 1st gen?

I managed to catch this Breitling Navitimer 806. Its fairly large at approximately 42mm n is powered by a Venus chronograph movement.

I dont know much about Breitling but based on my research, this watch is a 1st gen model and has the desirable beads of rice rotating bezel. The case is sharp and appears unpolished. The dial is original but missing the outer slide rule ring. The hands appear to be relumed.

Hoping someone can enlighten me more about this watch. Thanks.

This is the 806 now after my watchmaker restored it. The movement was overhauled, the hands and hour markers were relumed and a used slide rule ring i found on ebay was installed which was missing when i got the watch.
