So what was Rolliefest?

Anyone have information / pics from the event?

Saw it on instagram this past weekend and looks like it was held on the Intrepid in NYC.

Looks like a great way to promote to criminals where everyone is wearing a Rolex

Vintage dealer and collector GTG put on by Geoff Hess of Analog/Shift. Roughly 110 invitees plus their guests.

It was a lot of fun. 110 collectors from around 13 countries. One of the many events was on the Intrepid. Quite astonishing watches on show. All info was kept pretty quiet until after each event was completed.
We’re all heading home now so more stories will no doubt be told once we are all back on our home bases.

I have been to similar, smaller events and got to know the organiser.
Fyi it was for vintage collectors, and mainly Rolex.
The hard bit i suppose is getting invited to your first.
It is all very hush hush for obvious reasons. The best security is always “keep your mouth shut “ till afterwards, quite difficult is today’s IG world.

With a 110 invitees from around the world, I’m fairly confident I shouldn’t worry about it !
