Omega Olympics - wowza
Hey,
Just got a call from my AD who said he had the last OSM in and was an Olympic edition? Went to see it and it looked stunning, didn't manage to snap any pics but I've got some off the website. I liked the watch but felt like I needed to do more research. Anyone know any more about these watches? I know they were made in different colours and each watch is limited to 2032 pieces.... However, when looking on the OMEGA website I can see there's two versions? One dearer than the other.... Thanks! Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk |

There are quite a few versions of the Speedmaster for the 2020 games although most will only be sold in Japan at Omega boutiques. That being said you’ll be able to get them on the grey market everywhere. There are at least two Olympic versions for the Seamaster. Omega was kind enough to make limited editions of 2020 pieces x 7 different watches so plenty to go around :)

According to the Omega website the watch I've see states: The Seamaster Olympic Games Collection is inspired by the Rings of the Olympic Games and the design of OMEGA’s timekeeping stopwatches from the past. This 39.5 mm model has a stainless steel case and a black, micro-perforated leather strap. The domed black and white dial includes sporty hands, a date window and an easy-to-read minute track, as well as a black pulse reader that enables the wearer to calculate their pulse beats-per-minute. On the caseback, there is a black anodized aluminium ring which includes all known host cities and dates from OMEGA’s Olympic Games journey, from Los Angeles 1932 up to Los Angeles 2028. Inside, the watch is driven by the Master Chronometer calibre 8800. Only 2,032 versions of this model have been created, with the Limited Edition number engraved on the side of the case. Pretty cool... Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk |

The new Watchfinder video reveals some serious finishing flaws in this Olympic series.

Our of those Olympic speedies, I kinda like the green one. Very unique looking watch.

I'd stick with the classic speedy pro in Omega

Wish I could see these in person. Love the white panda dial, and the white dial with the red bezel.
