Wish the fun could have been extended a little before the ban... could have given him a nice checklist:

1. Fill out lengthy "Application of Moderation"
2. Phone screening
3. Invitation for a live interview in Geneva
4. If accepted as a moderator, a hefty salary (120k - 150k) depending on experience.
5. Extensive training on how to ban evil trolls, spot a fake rolex, etc.

(Note: was just guessing about how much they actually pay you guys)

Let's just say that Ken spends only half of his mod salary on watches.

That should give you a clue as to the 'ka-ching' ness of our salary.

Now most of the mods have been here since almost day one when forum was first started. To think back a few years ago now late 2004 early 2005 TRF was first started by the original founder Mark. Then we had then just a few loyal members around 35 total, most of those from another well known Rolex watch forum but thats now water under the bridge. Now look at TRF today how we have grown in just a few years, so as a forum we must be very proud of what TRF has achieved today, the best Rolex and other watch forum on the net.So thank you guys its nice to see some appreciation from the members as many times we the mods have quite a thankless job.

To all the MOD's, I found this thread this morning and i can see that you guys never stop working behind the scenes to keep this great forum running smoothly, your knowlage is unbelievable and I have really enjoyed my short time as a member, I am sure many members are like myself, just normal guys who eventually are able to pull the trigger on their first Rolex and love it so much that all we want to do is find out all we can about it and Rolex. Which leads us to surf the Internet , which of course led us here to TRF, a neverending pool of knowlage...please keep up the great work! THANKS
