Anyone knows how to reach Rolex headquarters to complain?

Hello all, i'm a newbie (here) that is very disapointed on how i was treated, me and my wife, in a rolex retail...

I wanna put my complaint into the hands of those dealing with customers, does anyone know how to reach them? (email, or adress)

thanks a lot...

rue Francois-Dussaud is the street and I think the street number is 3-5-7, so to be overly clear street address would be rue Francois-Dussaud 3-5-7

1211 is part of the post number (i.e. post address should be CH-1211 Geneve 24)

Good luck

See what you mean now Leo. Me telling the Paris guy that "rue" etc. etc. is a street address... Agreed, that's kind of superflous info..

Then maybe you should be more specific with your question.

You have been given the address to Rolex in 3 different countries including the HQ in Geneva?

no.. i meant i posted a reply, and it hasn't shown on the board...

i'm copyingpasting it again :

Thank you all... Yes i'm in paris :))

Ok i will sum up my french adventure in paris, i walked in this retail store and there was one customer in front of me talking about a watch that i guessed it was the daytona ss, when the guy left i talked to the rolex rep and asked him if they had it in stock. He said yes. I was also there to show a pink gold watch to my wife that i saw on a friend... I , then, asked him if he had the black or white version he said black and so i asked him if i could see it (the daytona is for sure a watch that i want to purchase in the future). He said NO .... i was stunned so i asked him he it was a watch to purchase, he said yes! Then i asked again to see it... He said to me : "how much money are you able to lay down?" (the translation doesn't reflect his rude attitude!!) i replied that he shouldn't underestimate his customers. Then he kept going on treating us arrogantly so i left my can on the counter and we left. On this, the secu guy came to us with my can and
threw it at me.!!! I'm dealing myself with customers all day long, diplomats, very rich people and also socially less leveled people. And not one second i would dare to make a difference between all those people.

My wife and I felt humiliated in front of a dozen of customers.
I will surely tell Rolex HQ my thoughts on those mean people selling their products.

I hope writing a letter makes you feel better.

Anyone ever write a letter to Rolex and a) get a response and/or b) get resolution or c) get a coupon good toward your next watch purchase?

I'm going to write Rolex a letter.

I'm going to send a picture of me smoking a cigar with my Pepsi.

Maybe they will send me coupons.

Paul,

Just to let you know I e-mailed your letter to Rolex Geneva, including your picture.

You should expect an answer within a few days.

PS. You can thank me later.

I have to say I am shocked at the treatment.......
I highly doubt Rolex HQ will do anything, but that was rude to say the least!

Thanks Leo! I'm getting my new watch winders ordered as we speak.

Rolex will probably send all 5 watches, plus another for good measure!

I can't wait. Maybe there will be some coupons in the package too!
