Rolex LE black venom line?

So while playing around on Chrono24 I saw a very appealing explorer II that was completely black with red hands. Closer investigation led me to the Black Venom Limited Edition line which accounted for every series of Rolex. I cant find anything stating whether this was something done with Rolex or if its a third party coming in and putting aftermarket pieces onto the watch. Has anyone heard of these watches at all? I have a link but i'm not entirely sure of its legitimacy so I wont link it but a quick google search will get you to the orologi page.

They are NOT a Rolex LE watch.

They are a Black Venom LE watch made by customizing a standard Rolex model. They will not have a Rolex warranty nor will Rolex work on one..

Companies like that and Blaken are the equivalent of taking a S class Mercedes or 7 series Bmw and then painting it purple and putting 27 inch spinning wheels on it. Ghetto and classless.

Do you think Rolex would ever call anything "Black Venom" or allow that name to be attributed to them?

The IMO juvenile name sounds more like a gaming PC or a Video Card.

I wouldn't absolutely say they "destroy" rolexes. Some can be very interesting and say a lot about someone's personality. This isn't mine, but I find it fascinating:

Yet some companies can taken a high end car and paint it a matte color or add modifications to it which change the appearance.

Yes a lot of the Bammfords are over the top but not all at bad.

Purple, or any color really isn't the problem. Your personal preference of not liking purple is your choice but the attached BMW 8 series, one of the best production cars ever built by the brand is stunning in Techno Violet, an original BMW paint. Stunning, hot, and Classy.

I agree with you on the spinning wheels though!

He is a current model M3 in Daytona Violet. Not to thread jack, but color v classy is in the eye of the beholder.

There are many aftermarket black rolexes that are stunning.

Neither of those BMW's have been customized.

The watches on the other hand are abominations. I can clearly see that even without a 10x loupe.

It makes me laugh that when somebody posts about customising a Rolex or has the slightest negative word against Rolex, there are many on here who take it as a personal insult. You might as well be having a dig at their own children.

They are watches, that's all, just watches and the owner can do what he/she wishes with them. A lot of the DLC customisation I don't like, but a lot of them I do like.

But I bet quite a few have an engine aftermarket tune up, or SOME custom job to them.

Either way, it's just a watch. Different strokes for different folks.
