Daytona on Everest Curved Leather Strap

I had been thinking about getting the Everest curved end leather strap for my Daytona for a while. Finally got around to ordering one a few weeks ago and put it on this weekend.

I'm pretty impressed with the quality of the strap so far and I think the tan color goes very well with the white dial:

Something about the stitching starting so low doesn't look right to me.... The color is awesome though!

I prefer the steel band, but that's just my opinion.

Color combo doesn't do it for me, neither does the stitching style of that particular strap. I think the Daytona looks better on a dressier strap like a croc.

But I think the best overall look is still the bracelet.

I also think the bracelet looks best on the watch, and it is also the most comfortable. But I was looking to change-up the look a bit and I actually wanted a more casual look.

The dark brown croc strap attached to an end link is also very nice, but as you said, a bit dressier. If I could easily source an end link that looks more like the OEM one, I would probably give that a try as well.

That's my first impression too...otherwise I like that color combo. Actually I have something very similar on my exp ii polar and I think the tan leather on white dial looks great with a white shirt and jeans.

It's OK. I have the same watch and prefer the bracelet for the Daytona.

Everest offers a strap with end links that I think looks as good if not better than the curved end strap. I've been told they will soon reintroduce straps in alligator.

Love the idea of form fitting leather strap but have to agree on the color choice and style of this strap, doesn't work for me either. JMHO

Interesting look. I'm 50/50 on the endlinks with the strap, might prefer the look without them.

I'm not a huge fan of altering the way a Rolex was intended to look, but I do really like the way that one looks on the strap! Well done!

IMHO End links would work much better to get that 116519 look. Just my 2 cents.

I do like the color combo though, it looks great.
