FS: Panerai Luminor 422 Full Set Triple Box + Alligator Strap

Hello again everyone! I'm back to consolidate a couple pieces as I'm on the hunt for a grail watch.

Up for sale is my pre-owned PAM 422. This is by far my favorite Panerai model with the gold hands, vintage patina, seconds sub-dial, power reserve visible through the exhibition caseback and domed sapphire crystal. Comparing it side by side with any of the 44mm models, they look like completely different animals. At 47mm, it does have a significant wrist presence that may take some time to get used to. While some may describe it as "too big," that's really the look I believe embodies the Panerai image.

With the significant size comes a bit of a propensity to catch doors and corners if you're not careful. While I didn't add any marks during my ownership, the previous owner was using it as a daily and there are a couple blemishes to show for it. I've done my best to capture them in the pictures. In addition to normal usage type swirls, there is a fleabite on the upper left side of the case, some scratches to the bezel at 12 o'clock and a small ding to the bezel on the lower right hand side between 4 and 5 o'clock. I was going to get a new bezel (around $200), but I actually found not worrying about nicking it very liberating. Consequently, I never got around to it.

It comes triple boxed with complete booklets and stamped authenticity. In addition to the inclusive rubber and brown leather straps, I will also include an authentic Panerai brand black alligator strap ($360 value brand new) that I purchased separately. The original brown leather strap has been worn in but still has a good amount of life left with none of the holes being worn out. The alligator strap is in very good condition with minimal wear. The original Panerai buckle is included as well as 2 generic chrome buckles. If you are interested as an add-on to the transaction, I'm also waiting for a very nice custom brown, thick leather padded strap that I ordered over 5 months ago at a cost of $225. (I won't be so brash as to negatively publish that company publicly as this wait time is... quite long. Please PM me if interested, and I will give you all the details. Would be better than having to wait at least 6 months for your own!)

I have additional pictures that I have taken and can take any custom pictures for you if you'd like. PayPal is preferred for both of our protection, but you could do a bank wire if you really prefer.
