FS: Tiffany dial GMT 16700

For your consideration is this rare double signed Tiffany dial 16700. I'm listing this for a close friend who has had this watch for some time. He has only box to go along with it as well as a spare coke insert. Movement was serviced recently and is running strongly within cosc spec. Case has been previously polished with even lugs all around. Dial is in good condition with very mild bubbling of the gloss lacquer noticeable from only from a certain angle.
