So. We now have a MK2 dial on the SD43
Pic taken from another thread - there’s a crown between “Swiss” and “Made”.
Ladies and gentlemen of TRF - do we now have a true, limited run, MK1 dial 50th Anniversary Sea Dweller? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes it appears that way Scott.
The web site hasn’t been updated yet, but apparently these crown versions are popping up. |

What I have the old one ?? I need to go out straight away to get the new version !!
Makes me laugh that years from now someone MIGHT be willing to pay more for a watch that doesn’t have a crown on the bottom of the dial. Good spot though Devil. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Look at images in posts above. Check out the ‘Swiss Made’ at bottom of dial at 6 o’clock. The newest version has a crown between Swiss and Made.

That’s my picture.
Anyways, crown or no crown...it’s amazing watch. I wouldn’t let that be a deciding factor whether to purchase or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Wait, I thought the little crown indicated the new movement?
The 2018 TT GMT 126711CHNR has it, the full everrose gold GMT has it and the new Jubilee Pepsi has it. Does it mean this SD43 has a new movement too ? How about the laser crown, is that still on the glass ? Is the SD43 really a limited run. Rolex announcement?

It's all old news.
I flagged this when the new dials came out months ago. |

Ha. Good point. Must have been every model with it after they made the decision to do this with the new Basel releases? I would imagine once they decided to implement with new releases they would make this apply to all models. I am not a SD owner so I am definitely not as familiar so I will defer. AD just told me yesterday about the crown signifying the new movement which is why I chirped in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
