Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 44mm 312 M Series Under Factory Warranty

I am looking to add a Radiomir to my collection so unfortunately it means my Luminor needs to get offered up for sale....
Here is a Panerai Luminor Marina 312 44mm 1950 case. Its an M series M188xx/4000.

I purchased this watch a few years ago private party and it came without box and papers.
Me being a little bit OCD I sourced a genuine Panerai box and associated extras shown in photos.
I sent my 312 to Panerai USA (Fort Worth, TX) in February 2018 for a full service and also had them install a new bezel. The cost of the service was $480.00. The movement is now covered under Panerai factory international warranty for 1 year (until Feb. 2019). The service/warranty paperwork and invoice will be included in the sale.
Condition of the watch is very good with no major dings, dents or scratches. I wore this 312 in rotation with my other watches so there are some minor signs of wear but nothing significant.
The watch comes on a genuine Panerai brown leather and white stitching deployment strap.
Also included are:
Genuine Panerai rubber deployment strap
Genuine Panerai rubber case protector (came from Panerai service center)
Aftermarket brown leather deployment strap (in photo below)
Aftermarket brown leather strap with buckle (in photo below)
Aftermarket plastic bar pusher tool (for strap changes to push out spring bars)
