Jubilee for GMT 116710LN

Hi all,

I watched an interview with Ben Clymer from Hodinkee who mentioned (as something new) that you can purchase a jubilee og oister bracelet for your GMT.

Does any of you enthusiasts know if this also includes for the previous GMT models (e.g. 116710LN which i own) of if its only for new models?

I would really like to switch up with a jubilee bracelet

A colleague at work wears his 116710LN on a jubilee bracelet, looks amazing! I think you just need different spring bars but please wait for someone else to confirm. Also, what you can do and what Rolex would allow you to do are two different things.

The 116710 never came with a factory Jubilee option so I don't think you'd be able to get it done via official channels.

I REALLY want a jubilee bracelet for my 116170 and it seems that the one from a 126710 wont fit correctly between the end links and watch case.

Is there a good quality (904L) aftermarket one that’s made just for this or is there a kit of end link that are make to make a conversion?

For a 116710 the super jubilee ref 63600 (from old DJ ref 116200/116234) fits but you need to use smaller springbars. This is not a Rolex factory combination

Your watch comes with a 78200 Oyster, this Oyster fits perfectly on the 126710BLRO so I can only imagine that the 69200 Jubilee from the BLRO will fit your GMT with no issues. I know for a fact because I had the 78200 on my BLRO before I switched it to a 97200 with a glidelock. I can’t speak for the spring bars because the BLRO bars worked with the 78200.
Good luck and hopefully that helped.

I think that’s the way the OP would have to go

Try to use or find the DJ36 or Daytona spring bars (part #: 23-40200) for the 63600 bracelet, they fit perfectly - this is how I wear the super jubilee bracelet on the GMT II.

The other bracelet that will work is the 62510H Jubilee (it's an older one) pictured below with the 502T End Links:

I hope that I can fit the sport Jubilee bracelet because I much prefer the sport clasp with the easy-link.

I put the 63600 on my 116500LN and looks way more svelte due to the Daytona’s thinner and high polished case lugs - has a more flow to it like a PP 5960 in steel

116710 will work with jubilee, you just need to correct spring bars.
