I had a great experience with Don Sidhu (username "donsidhu") purchasing a beautiful blue Tudor snowflake 9411/0 from him.

Excellent communication -- provided videos, video chats, text all through a challenging situation where the wire payment took a lot longer than expected.

Don went well beyond expectations - he had his watchmaker size the folded end bracelet for me free of charge and even made a long drive to help me get this watch.
