Absent a good reason - like being on vacation, or in the hospital, or otherwise unavoidably out of touch - then you should forget doing a deal with ANY seller that fails to respond before the sale.

Just imagine how you’d feel if this happened after the sale if you had a problem.

I last communicated with him last week about a watch. Bought a couple of watches from him so far. No issues. Always quick to reply.

I've done at least half a dozen deals with Kirill. He is top notch. Check his Instagram to see where he is on the world (@lunaroyster). WhatsApp is probably the best way to reach him.

Bought a 1967 speedy from him several years ago - perfectly smooth transaction, great communication, and still enjoying that watch to this day. For direct contact try his site - "Lunar Oyster"

The watches i have bought from him were all great. Fast to ship, everything arrived as expected. He is a very respected seller. I wouldn’t say i had an issue i just stopped contacting him on watches i want.

Ask for prices on a few watches two years later but didn’t end up buying any. The next time i reached out he asked if i was going to purchase something this time. I never responded. So i sent 6-7 watch purchase after elsewhere.

I wouldn’t ever talk anyone out of buying from him, but i sent everyone i know to someone else after that interaction.

Legit seller but would not recommend dealing with him if you’re looking to build a relationship with a dealer long term. I did 4-5 deals with him and his tone instantly changed when I simply asked to return a watch (I didn’t know his policy of no returns unless there was something wrong) which is no problem but was off putting the way he said it. I took it as he doesn’t like to play the long game with customers and gladly have taken my business elsewhere and will never deal with him again. I would recommend Jacek at tropical watches way before him.

Jacek would not get on the phone with me to discuss a watch. He also stopped replying to emails I guess I was too annoying of a potential customer.
