FS- Rolex 16613 N Sub Date Holes Case Blue Submariner Box Papers

For sale is a near mint condition 40mm 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel Rolex Submariner date. The 16613 is a N serial, was originally purchased in 1992 from an US ORJ, and is accompanied by its original box and papers. A fun fact about this Sub is that it was shipped to the authorized dealer from Rolex on July 2nd 1992. The Rolex features a brushed steel case which is accented by a unidirectional yellow gold divers bezel that is set with a blue insert. The Submariner is mounted on a 93153 Oyster bracelet with period correct 401B end links, brushed steel outerlinks, polished yellow gold center links, and is secured by a safety lock deployment clasp. The bracelet contains 12 full size links, will comfortably fit a 7.5 inch wrist, and contains little to no stretch, would rate it 90% plus. The Rolex features a blue dial with applied yellow gold outline tritium coated hour markers, polished yellow gold titanium coated hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. Patina wise, the dial is just starting to patina with the hour markers acquiring a golden tan hue, however the tritium hands and bezel insert have not yet acquired a patina. The movement used in the 16613 is the Rolex calibre 3135 which features approximately 50 hours of power reserve and was COSC certified. Overall the Rolex is in near mint condition with the only imperfection being some faint markers on the bezel insert between 12 and 1 o’clock which are barely visible to the naked eye.
