Stamped on the back 8208?!

I am selling this used women's rolex watch. It has been taken to a jeweler and the diamonds are real. As you can see in the photo the watch band is worn and may need to be cleaned. But on the back of the watch it states that it is 18K and the number stamped on the back of the watch is 8208.
