1993 Ulysse Nardin 164-44 Michelangelo Triple Calendar Box & Papers Full Set

For sale is a very good condition 29mm by 34mm 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel Ulysse Nardin Michelangelo Triple Calendar. The 164-44 was originally purchased from a US boutique in 1993, and is accompanied by its original box and papers set. Included in the box and papers set are: a blue calfskin leather watch roll with a gold toned Ulysse Nardin branded buckle, the original warranty card, instruction manuals, an unworn OEM black aligator strap, a gold stylus for resetting the triple calendar, and the business card of the salesperson at the boutique.

The Ulysse Nardin features a polished steel case with yellow gold hinged lugs. The Michelangelo is mounted on its original OEM black alligator strap, which is secured by a yellow gold OEM tang buckle. An intuitive feature of the OEM alligator strap is that it features an integrated screw down yellow gold stylus, which can be unscrewed from the strap and used to reset the triple calendar. The Ulysse Nardin features a silver dial which is accented by mother of pearl sub dial registers with: applied yellow gold hour markers, black lacquered hands, a month sub dial register at 3 o’clock, a moon phase at 6 o’clock, a weekday sub dial register at 9 o’clock, and a date sub dial register below 12 o’clock. The movement used in the 164-44 is the Ulysse Nardin Caliber 16-7 which is proudly displayed through an exhibition caseback.

Overall the Michelangelo is in very good condition, but does contain some surface level hairline scratches on the watch’s high polish accents from previous wear.
