Girard Perregaux 2583 1945 Vintage Silver Dial

For sale is a very good condition 32mm by 34mm stainless steel Girard Perregaux 1945 Vintage. The 2583 was originally produced sometime during the 2000s, and is not accompanied by boxes or papers.

The GP features a polished steel case, which is accented by a fixed smooth steel bezel. The 1945 is mounted on its original brown alligator OEM strap, which is secured by a OEM polished steel tang buckle. The OEM strap does contain creasing from previous wear, but has some use life left. The GP features a silver dial with applied polished stick and Arabic numeral hour markers, polished hands, a date window aperture in between 1 and 2 o’clock, and a seconds sub dial register at 9 o’clock. The movement used in the 2583 is the Girard Perregaux caliber 3300, which features approximately 46 hours of power reserve, and is proudly displayed through an exhibition caseback.

Overall the Girard Perregaux is in very good condition, but does contain some surface level hairlines scratches on the watch’s high polish accents from previous wear.
