"Battery" should have been a clue.
Google Rolex Day Date as is printed on the dial and see if you can fins one that looks anything like yours.

Does the second hand jump ? Or does run smooth. That’s the Only way to tell, that’s what say anyway. And the weight of course , is it heavy or light ? They say a real one is real heavy ,
