I cannot praise Matt at Watch Exchange Co. (mdgrwl) enough for his professionalism and customer service.

Long story short, I had a bit of a scare with a timepiece I bought from him (not anyone's fault in particular), and nevertheless, we were quickly and promptly able to come to a resolution to fix the problem due to his willingness to make the situation right.
