The Amgen Tour of California bicycle race rolled through my town earlier today. Here are a few shots of some of the riders, and some of the support vehicles. They aren't the best shots, as I had about 20 seconds to catch the whole field, but it was fun nonetheless.

Yep Steve - I only wish the point of focus was a little closer. But in rapid-fire mode, really couldn't do anything about the focus on individual shots. I also got one of Levi in the yellow jersey, but he was all but hidden by those around him. Other than a yellow arm sporting the word Amgen, I'd have never known!

Yes, that focus is tough Allen, but maybe you can sharpen it up in Photoshop.

Hi Steve,

Well, I don't have Photoshop, but the lite-duty editor that I do have seems to sharpen it up a bit. Any more though, and it becomes too "pixely", if that is a word!

Great PICS I've been following the Tour and was glad Levi won. It was nice to see Lance out on the circuit and actually helped Levi win on Sunday. Bicycling season is just around the corner here in Chicago area when spring comes!!!
