Just arrived in Naples, FL!

Hey all,

Just flew in here last night from Detroit. I'm just glad I get to finally be on spring break haha. Later this week I am going to Waterside Shops (Rolex, Omega, Panerai, PP, and a few others I think), Provident Jewelry downtown, and possibly Bigham Jewelers. Do you guys have any tips or other places I could go to look at watches? Looking forward to the vacation! Thanks everyone! :)

(P.S. I'll try to take some pictures by the beach if I can figure out how to take it without the glare)

I was there two weeks ago. I stopped by all those shops except Bigham. Waterside shops is impressive. A lot of great watches to check out. There is also a great antique shop downtown with some nice pre owned Subs.

Enjoy the perfect weather today and tomorrow. Disney could see close to 90 on Wednesday so I would avoid at all costs in case you were thinking of making a trip there. I'm across the state from you so I cant make any recs. Is Provident a Rolex AD? They aren't over here.

Exquisite Timepieces on Gulfshore Blvd is a great place to look at watches. They are authorized dealers for quite a few brands and have an extensive selection of pre owned. Low key environment compared to most Naples Jewelers. I usually deal with Evan. For Rolex Bigham is the way to go. Have fun!

Thanks! Provident it not a Rolex AD but has Tudor, Brietling, and Cartier.

Not too bad today, 44 and sunny, tomorrow 50 and light rain. Not a bad winter for us, we've been lucky for a few years now in SE MI. Im still jealous though but be going to Siesta Key for awhile soon.

Def hit exquisite timepieces and of course yamron at waterside. I’m truly jealous as I’m normally down there this time of year.

So true in lower peninsula of Mi. The winters the few years have changed lakes not frozen over for ice fishermen and no snow for the skiers and snowmobilers .The state has taken a hard hit on winter recreation !

If you are looking to go grey then that's a great idea some others had.. DavidSW's store is in South Orlando right off I-4. It's actually only about an hour ride east from downtown Tampa. From Naples that's a different story. Also, Orlando has a top 5 high volume Boutique, about 20 minutes futher east on I-4. Ask for Jerry Vega, he's the store manager and a super guy.

Good luck with your Central Florida visit. Dont spend all your time in stores. Get some sun too!

I'm headed down there in about two weeks, weather has been fantastic down there about all winter

I've never had any luck at the water side shops, poor service experience in the times i've been through there too

You need a tan. You're almost translucent.

Get out of the shops and into the sun.

We only have two authorized dealers down here, Tourneau and Bingham. Just about all the other shops have used Rolex’s but be careful I’ve seen som hack jobs for sale and the places selling them know nothing about them most of the time because they aren’t AD’s.

True! However, not great weather nor a great amount of time to do so in Ohio. :)
