Collections within collections.

Does anybody else do this? As I don’t keep my watches in the house I split my watches into groups of 3 and from time to time I rotate the collection. Then rotate the watches I wear every so often within that group, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, sometimes I may wear all of them in one day.

Current 3 watch collection and has to been for a while due to the lockdown is:

Gold Rolex Submariner 16618.
Steel Rolex submariner 114060.
Bi metal Rolex Submariner 16613.

I keep them all at home and rotate through all of them. However my collection is nowhere near as extensive some of our more affluent members

Wouldn't groups of dissimilar watches (a diver, a dress watch and a chrono in each group) make more sense if you only have one group available at one time? Or is the entire collection dive watches?

I try to rotate through my collection when I can, and separate based on whether I will be working in the office or performing procedures and possibly getting blood and gunk on my hands ("can I easily wash this off my watch if I need to?").

So ... three? Or are SS sprinkled in with either of the two? Congrats, you made me curious
