My humble collection as of now (wife’s included)

Good evening everyone, since the holidays are basically here and I just received my new Speedy last week as a birthday gift from the wife, I wanted to show my little collection. I am missing my datejust since it’s currently at RSC getting pampered! I cannot wait until I receive it back looking brand new.

So far I have my Sub, my new Speedy, my wife’s DJ and my aforementioned DJ that’s at RSC.

* I will also be changing out to change the look of my sub to the green bezel from the 126610LV sometime next week * I will NEVER sell my collection so every once in a while I will change from black to green as I love the new green color

Great collection. How easy is a bezel swap on the 126610? It used to be super easy but i was under the impression these were different?

Yes I’ve heard the same. I heard since it’s ceramic it cracks really easily so I won’t be doing this myself. Also, once you take off your factory bezel, the little O ring that comes out needs to be replaced which I don’t have access to so a reputable watchmaker in my area will be doing the swap for me once he returns from the holidays

It’s a 28. My wife has tried on different configurations of the 31 and she really didn’t like it. I guess she likes the original 28 better and she LOVES hers lol

Let us know how the bezel change out goes. It’s tricky. I won’t be trying it and sold the black bezel assembly I got for my LV. It’s not doable for me to think I or my watchmaker can change those bezels ourselves.

My wife likes smaller watches too. I want to get her a 36mm Datejust, but she wants a 31. I think it’s sort of a mistake, but if she wants a 31, then that’s what I’ll get her.
