SA Recommendation at Beverly Hills?

Hello there TRFers.

I had a multi-year relationship with the Bal Harbor boutique, but due to staff turnover, lack of interest, or something else, they don't even return calls or texts anymore. Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation with someone that's at the Beverly Hills boutique, and to hear peoples' experiences with this boutique.

Thanks,
B

The entire staff is incredible from Ari, to Kimberly and Ebony. Cathy is the boutique director. Ebony has been my SA for 6 years now and could not be happier, she is responsive, realistic and an absolute pleasure to work with. Always has a smile on her face.

I've visited every AP boutique in the US, about to write up a review of them. Ebony was among the best SA's I had the chance to chat with.

SA Recommendation at Beverly Hills?

Don’t use Ebony. I have a lot of reasons and no a lot of other people with reasons. Just avoid her. Glad she is helping you 7sins but she doesn’t get anywhere close to the same results as anyone else. Spent four years with her as my SA and got nothing. Changed boutiques and got an RO a few months later

Just going to throw this out there... There was a thread that was ultimately deleted related to specific SA's at the SC Boutque... (Pre-house cleaning)... it got particularly nasty... specific SA-named feedback is important but perhaps best done privately... $0.02 only

Yeah, that was a bit weird. Still looking forward to Gandor’s review of the US boutique grand tour.
