Keep in mind that (I'm sure) that the SA's are compensated by commission. I think too much is being read into the engagement. Take away the fancy setting and she's just doing what she's being paid to do.
I'd rather be engaged with in a cordial manner as opposed to someone with their nose in the air as in "you can't afford it" - and believe me, they're out there !
