Incoming Explorer II polar

Picked up an explorer ii today from the ad. Was a very nice experience and glad to see that the statement of interest does work - for some models at least.

As offered this July last year but was abroad and missed out. Original offer took 4 months, then it has been about 10 more from then.

Wears very well on me I think and the legibility is off the charts good.

Cheers

Incoming Explorer II polar

Thanks very much.

Must say, I find the quick set date models much easier to set but the jumping hour hand is really cool.

Great to see! I'm waiting patiently for mine. I'm only about 3 months in officially.

That's a great watch to pair with the sub!

Congratulations. Looks really good!

How does it wear compared to your sub (size and presence wise)?

It is noticeably bigger. Thickness feels about the same despite the caseback being less of a bubble.

Weight wise feels the same to me but haven’t weighed it yet.

The white dial is incredibly legible. Don’t feel as though it is nearly as noticeable as a sub though and although it won’t fly under the radar it isn’t as bling without the shiny ceramic.
