Now I'm really worried. I just received my watch from Swiss Wrist and it looks perfect, I have all of my paperwork and certificates. Dennis gave me a week extra to get my watch appraised as they had a holiday and I didn't receive my watch the next day. Yes the extra week, 10 days total was from the day I received it. I told him I was traveling and didn't want pressure. I'm having my watch appraised. You all mentioned the watch was authentic.... I'm happy with price and condition. Do you think I need to worry about authenticity? I have several emails and a certificate of authenticity from president of company with serial number????? thanks!!!

To ge to the meat of your question "Do you think I need to worry about authenticity". I can't answer that for your watch. ONLY an experienced watchmaker or an Authorized dealer/service center can determine this. Oh. and the many members on this forum if you take a good pics of it.
But my wife did take it to a fourth generation watchmaker & he gave MY experience with this watch Co. wasn't so much the "you have a 100% authentic Rolex" it was the misadvertisement of the watch & the blatant bait & switch/customer service. Other than that there was no issues with MY watch that I got. It was 100% Rolex. Good luck! PM sent. |
