Could be original, the lume sometimes puffs up like that and the shade looks very consistent.

The dial is original, relumed doesn't mean fake or refinished, anyway would need to see it in better pics to say if relumed or not.

From the shape of the plots (based on this picture) I'd say relumed. But as stated above: we need better pictures to be able to really see it.

Some 5513's markers do become puffy with age, but those are defintlely relumedIMO

I've seen and even owned a couple of puffy plot M/F 5513's, however the plots are almost too puffy on that specimen.
Closeups of the dial are a MUST before any definite conclusion can be drawn on this one. If in fact netter pics show that the plots are original and not relumed, then whomever owns that piece will eventually have to endure those same plots exploding one day. |
