Are there any vintage Rolex experts on here who would evaluate a watch for a fee?

I've zero'd in on a Marconi that trips my trigger and would really like someone who has knowledge with these older models to take a look at it and tell me what they think. I know the face has been refinished and the arms replaced, but I'm not sure how that would affect an 80 years old watches value. I'm willing to pay $50.00 for someone to look at the pics and description and give me their unbiased opinion as to whether it looks legit and what kind of price range they think it would be in. This is going to be my first Rolex, and because of it's age and uniqueness, I'd really like an expert to take a look at it. Here's my email for contact nik@nikkilamail.com

Was the $1,200 estimate you just got from another member not good enough for you?

His just said $1200, if I really liked it. I was looking for someone who could say this is correct, this is incorrect, because of the hands being replced then this amount would be taken off of it's value. It's now that I don't value that member's feedback, I thought if I offered to pay then maybe someoen with specific expertise on this vintage of a watch might step up and help a new guy out. It was not meant to disrespect the other poster, I'm just trying to make sure I don't buy something that turns out to be a something it isn't. Thanks fo the response.
