That's right pal, I own this thread so all proceeds will go straight to MY pocket. The presentation of the record in The Guinness book of World Records will be a blast. JJ, I will mention you.

Notice how as soon as something become valuable, the Dutch try to swoop in and claim all the glory?

No, you see it all wrong! I was threatened with a ban in this thread for trying to revive the idea of the fund. And I received various hate mails, most of them anonymous. The one from Texas was exceptionally vial. Being a reasonable man, trustworthy and sober, I decided to make a buck another way. I this so wrong I ask you?

Not only do they try to claim all the glory, they also will do anything to make a buck off the situation.

Well, you know their business acumen. Look how they bought and then held on to New York City.

And those damn Redcoats swindeled us out of it! Imagine that New York (New Amsterdam) was still Dutch! Heaven on earth, bliss! Free and legal pot everywhere, thousands of clog shops and cheese as far as the eye can see

CANADA

I think we need a second opinion.

Nope, all systems functioning normally, BP is 140/110, eyes are focusing, reaction times are normal. The patient is alive and well and going strong. Sorry doctor, you misdiagnosed the situation once again.

Forget the adrenaline, where's the bloody atropine sulphate?! This thread's got a bad case of the runs!

Ah, yes, the Dutch and their healthy sense of commerce. I'm reminded of the map that hung on the wall in the background of many of Vermeer's paintings. It demonstrated Delft, etc. as important trade centers. Plus, it just really looked cool. I know nobody asked, but I just really love Vermeer. I've seen 17 of his extant works. Gotta love a guy who painted optical effects before everyone was snapping photos. Also, I really like the idea of a guy to took forever to get anything done (Jan would often take a year to complete a painting.) I feel like it justifies my pace of doing things. Anyone ever notice how in Woman With a Balance the arms of the balance are a counter point to Christs risen arms in the Judgement Day painting in the background? Thats just good stuff. Is anyone still reading? Hello?. . . .Hello?. . .Where'd you go guys?. . . .Hey, how come everyone left?. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ... . . . . . .
