So, I took it in today to the dealer to have the bracelet removed for the NATO-esque strap. All good till about 45 minutes later, when I discovered to my chagrin that the bottom reset chronograph pusher was not working properly! (was fine over the weekend). Back to the Dallas RSC for warranty repair...

Very disappointed, as I had intended to bring this on a trip to Italy next month (no, not Naples!). I hope it will at least be done by the time I get back in 3 weeks.

Has anyone with one of the Heritage Chronographs had a similar issue pop up?

I have mine a year and a half now and everything is A-okay. I use the pushers often and sometimes leave them unscrewed for days at a time.

That stinks. I haven't had mine (THC gray) long and don't see any issues yet. In fact, it seems to be keeping time dead on the money. I will keep an eye on it but I've only worn it maybe 4 times now.

The THC has a 2892 movement, whereas the Black Bay had a 2824 movement. My THC is running about 5 seconds fast a day, but my Black Bay is 11-15 seconds a day fast.

Follow-up, a month later...

Finally got the watch back from my AD, it had been sent to the Dallas RSC for repair. No explanation what was wrong, but it's just nice to have it back!

Also, I much prefer the nylon strap to the bracelet, which I found too heavy most of the time (seems to be 50% of the weight).

Gotta love those chamfers!

Beautiful autumn day in Chicago!

Great to see it back on your wrist, Adam.

I agree, I prefer the nylon strap as well. Nice that Tudor includes it in the package.

Nice to see it back on your wrist!

In the meantime I had my own stop-watch pusher problems on my gray THC. You can read the details here:
https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=320711

Will see it again in 4-6 weeks, while its now in Dallas too. I gess they are getting quite busy there....
