Wow, it's always nice to get the box and papers for an older watch. Congrats

Thanks but, honestly, it's not everything correct. Only the box is original to the watch.

The anchor, the COSC booklet and tag, the pouch and the calendar holder are NOS I bought on the net (the anchor has even the original blister) but the calendar and the booklets are from later years.

My goal wasn't to have it all correct (that would cost me about 1k for a 30 year old watch, way too much IMHO) but rather something describing what used to come with the watch when bought new.

She's a beauty! I especially like the tritium dial, which looks beautiful on a tt yg watch. Congrats!

Love it. The black 16613 was my first Rolex. I still have it.

I also have this very same watch that I bought brand new in 1987! It is still with me today. I have had it serviced by RSC in Dallas about every 7 years.

I wear my TT 16203 now during the week as I like the black diamond dial. But the 16803 get's weekend / vacation time for sure.

Love this watch and never plan to part with it.

Congrats on your find! Beautiful for sure. Course, I am just a little biased...
