Hey all whats best to use the LG openall or the Bergeon? Any recs? I've also seen some say that strong gorilla or duct tape is best. What are your thoughts?
Thanks!

I've had good results with my sticky ball.
They are all over ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Green-FRICTI...item4d147799fc Simple, easy to use, and no risk of messing up the caseback. BTW, this is just shown as an example; I have no affiliation with them or any other supplier.

I super glued a pastry knife on the caseback which to my amazement actually worked.

Just remember that when you re-install it the torque spec is 5 Nm, 44.25 inch pounds, or 3.69 foot pounds.
Not quite sure whether the rubber ball or pastry knife are calibrated to that value.

haha loving the jaws of life there!
Superglue??? Not a difficult mess to clean? Al, I know thats the torque spec but how on earth can it be measured unless someone has a socket wrench to attach to the die? Am I wrong? Thanks all for your input.

I'm pretty sure you can safely screw it down until it's 'tight' and call it day day, unless you are taking it diving with you on a regular basis in which case it would be more critical. If you want, before opening it mark a reference point and tighten it back to there.

Careful of the gasket when you screw it back on!
They can get pinched or caught up, and if you lube it with the wrong material it can break down!!!!

By the way, if you use my ill-advised Super Glue method, make sure to not use so much it dribbles into the threads and likewise when putting it back together make sure none of the dried glue falls in.
