Breitling Canada

just wondering if anyone has dealt with Breitling Canada, on another post I stated my battery was dead on my emergency, so I emailed them.

I got a response saying they service the watches locally in Toronto, I always thought they shipped it to Switzerland, as my first service the dealer shipped it there for service.

they said it will take 4-6 weeks ?? isn't this a bit long for a battery change and maybe a cleaning or polish ?

4-6 weeks is the normal to say. Breitling likes to under promise and over deliver. It is common to have watches not go back to Switzerland. The only ones I see go back are Mulliner Turbillons and some other complicated movements like QP's and Rattrapantes.
