All original as....all original parts....or all original and never polished?

Either way, it is hard to fully judge it by the photos. The watch does appear to be in nice condition for its age. The dial is tritium so I would guess it was manufactured prior to 1998.

Better photos of the watch, a serial number and bracelet numbers would help to further evaluate the watch.

I could be wrong but the hands appear lighter than the dial plots and the case chamfers aren't as strong as my unpolished 16700, but it looks clean regardless of those "issues".

I can't see any 'issues' with dial-plot/hands match - or chamfers - from those photos. As already said, it appears to be nice enough, but better photos, and more of them, would be needed to see it clearly.
