The BBB lists Orange, CA. but the one being questioned is in Georgia.

I have bought four from Ivan in the Atlanta store with no issues what so ever. I am going to pick up two more from them. Their rating is a B with the BBB with no complaints.

Thanks.

Is the highest rate A ?

Why don't they have A then ?

They tell they are member of the BBB. Does it change anything ?

They told me they had a normal store, so why do you need an appointment ?

The website looks too much to me

Too many informations (as if to confuse the client), they try to hard to make people confident.

Many things are weird :
- they claim non stop not beeing a Rolex dealer as if it was a bad thing beeing an AD
- they have a store but you must have an appointment to go in it ( Iasked them about that but they stopped replying then)
- they bash the concurence
- they offer a life warranty...under many conditions
- they send you the form for the wire before you asked it
- they ask to see your driving licence while you only asked about a watch
- the people one the site look like mafiosi
- they sell their own bezel and dial (I guess made in China) and are surprised that Rolex says these parts are not genuine Rolex parts
- they say that unless you ask a Rolex box, they can send you a non Rolex Box

To me, this company looks like a big scam, probably not 100% genuine watches or defective watches.

Who has ever verified the references published on their site ?

I have noticed that some people telling the company was good posted only 1 message (on another watch forum). Means these people are linked with this company and not clients.

So I will pass.

I have not been to the store yet, going tomorrow. But talking to them, part of the reason may be is personalized service. The other is their store is in a transitional area, it used to be residential area and now its going commerical. In other words its not in a mall or downtown area with foot traffic. It is a destination.

Of course, here in the Atlanta area, most places have to be a desination. Our downtown is not at all like NYC, Paris, London ect. You have to have a car to go anywhere.

I will be happy to report after my visit.

Please report.

A friend of mine living in ATL told me they were crooks. So I passed.
