It's the same movement as a 5164 so I would opt for that. More versatile and comfortable strap. I wish they had included a fold over clasp for this piece...

5164 is indeed a great watch. If you want a travel watch for the beach and pool I'd go for the 5164. I like the style of the 5524 though for casual dress.
