Just ONE Rolex...that's it - FINAL NOTICE!!
Okay guys,
I know I've done this one before on another forum, but for the benefit of a number of new fellas here, let's do this one all over again. Your wifey comes down on you like a ton of bricks and says: You may keep just ONE Rolex - no more - and that's absolutely final!! No 'ifs' or 'buts' about it....or we go our separate ways! Which one would you opt for and why? I'd better go first....I'd still stick with my present TT Blue YM....it's been the most attractive of the 15 I've ever owned.....and besides I never use my watches like tools....I just baby them!! Cheers - JJ PS: Decided not to post a picture of the said watch because....

Only one Rolex, huh? Does that mean I can keep my 6 Omegas?
I'm with Atomic here. |

On another forum? In another time! Well, this same kind of question is being asked from time to time on my flight jacket forums (what jacket would you keep?), it keeps popping up. As a man without a Rolex (but not for long) I cannot comment on that. But I would keep my Sub. Comes in handy when you’re stranded on that uninhabited island. The watches I still have now are a 70’s LED watch (very hip right now, groovy man), a Chase-Durer Black Steel Chrono (first series, 660 feet WR), an Ingersoll automatic, very nice watch for the money with moon phase, big date and full calendar, a Timex Reef-Gear dive watch (660 feet WR), a Citizen Pro Master World Timer and an unknown 70’s looking analog quartz watch with big, leather strap. From this lot I would keep the Ingersoll. Or the Citizen.
Take care, Frans.

I know I should almost feel ashamed to admit to this (I'm not) but I really like that SO very much. Especially with the matching leather strap. Nice watch, good specs. But again, ‘it ain’t no Rolex’ :-)
Take care, Frans.

I don't why I keep referring to this watch as Super Ocean. That would be too much credit :-)
Thanks, Frans.
