Patek 5107p Platinum Q&A
I asked the seller if he had the box and papers.
The seller said they can be obtained from Patek Archives. However, you can only get a history document from Patek Archives if the watch is more than 5 years old so the answer given by the seller was not true, rather it was misleading and deceptive. See: http://cgi.ebay.com/Patek-Philippe-C...#ht_950wt_1139 At the bottom it has the question and the seller's answer. Quote:

Interesting Stevo... I did not know a Patek had to be greater than 5 years old to get the watches documentation. Excellent info!

...you would think...
...a seller, selling a $20,000 watch, would have better in focus pic's.

Gosh. The watch looks right. But the guy makes it VERY difficult to trust him.
No paypal, no credit card, NO PICK UP! and spotty feedback. As much as I would like to buy this (or at least make an offer) I would not try it with these conditions. Seems very very flaky to me. |
