Watch and Pen, Connected By Design

If your a fan of the no nonsense, straightforward, overbuilt tank like construction of Marathon watches you'll love the new Maxmadco retractable pen. Jim Madrid, member of the original SAR design team and authorized Marathon repairman has come out with this weighty, yet balanced stainless steel retractable pen.

Thick stainless steel construction and substantial clip.

Also nice to see this too.

Comfortable, balanced, and built to last.

This pen has just become an essential instrument in my briefcase.

Well done, Jim!!

Thanks, Leo!

Cost is $85.00 and can be ordered here:
http://maxmadco.com/

Very solid, well built pen. And working w/ Jim is always problem free; fast turnaround, and great customer service.

That's not a pen. That's a deadly weapon. Very good looking but I bet you'd cause the TSA screeners to go into apoplexy if you tried to carry it onto a plane! It looks great with the Marathon, BTW! I wish I'd had the forthought to take a picture of my MB with my SD.

Thanks! As much as I travel I hope this won't be an issue.

Don't know the exact definition of "tactical pen" but have heard it described in those terms and that works for me.

Also, after a few days utilizing w/ this beauty I'm reminded how important good balance is to a writing instrument. Really makes a difference and adds a positive experience to an already great product.

Leo,

It's got a Parker gel, medium black. It writes like a medium rollerball, which I prefer. I'm betting there are many options for refills though.
Love this pen!

Thanks, John! Yes, marble. I have a skylight above a hot tub surrounded in marble tile so lots of natural light there that works great for photo shoots.

You won't disappointed, my friend. Love to know what you think. But don't be surprised if you get an itch for a Marathon watch too.
