Hi guys,

Looks like our visit to Mansor's this morning (Saturday) was a BIG success!

It's an F-953xxx.

My sister, Nina, picked up her very first Rolex...the base model Oyster Perpetual with pink dial and Arabics 3, 6 and 9. She really wasn't interested in a date and just fell in love with the pink of the dial and clean sweep of the polished bezel.

Beautiful watch. Great color on the dial. But I kind of have this feeling that you used Nina to go to Mansour's just so you could look at clevage.

She's still in a state of euphoria over her very first Rolex.

The funny thing is we went to Mansor's looking for a steel/gold OMEGA. The TT Aqua Terra was only around $170 cheaper than the Rolex pictured above....and that too a quartz version.

I told her that it would be much more prudent to buy a Rolex than a quartz OMEGA....and she succumbed!! LOL!!

Anyway, she liked the copper dial one best and was not interested in the date or the "ugly" (in her words) cyclops!! Finds it too bubbly!! LOL!!

The pictures above are very crappy...shall try and post better ones at a later stage.

Nina is very happy with her new Rolex. We went out for dinner last night and she just couldn't take her eyes off it most of the time!!

Inspite of being the very base model and a non-chronometer, overnight accuracy is absolutely dead-on!!!
