Speedy 145.022 '68 back from the spa!

Arrived yesterday after a movement service. Also had a Priek caseback installed so I can enjoy the view.
Not a fan of the 1039 bracelet, so trying out a couple of kevlar straps with it.

Looks great, especially that last shot of the movement!

If you are interested in a bracelet, I know Otto Frei still stocks the 1171 with 633 end links; I'm thinking about putting my own 145.022-68 on one. It's not technically the correct bracelet but they are a lot better looking than the 1039.

CSG, try Archerwatches.ca

Stunning '68! Mine says "hi."

I'm thinking of installing a sapphire back on mine. Sadly, vintage Speedmaster bracelets are terribly made (the reissues are reportedly even worse), but they look handsome.

Thanks all!

@applebook - agree on the bracelets, but the bracelet on the new Mark II shows promise.
