Buying pre-owned watches in HK, Singapore

Hi, the secondary market in Aus sees relatively few samples of Patek complication watches (in this case a perp cal). So I've been considering purchasing either in the US or Asia. I'd prefer the latter.

Does anyone on this forum have any experience purchasing pre-owned Pateks' from dealers in HK and/or Singapore? Rather than flying over not knowing what's available (at any one time), I'd prefer to have a list of trusted dealers and establish in advance whether they've what I'm looking for.

So if anyone would like to share details of dealers you've worked with, that'd be great.

My requirements are that the watch has to be in mint condition and come as a compete set (winding box, certificate, spare back, setting pin).
