I was told once, but I do not know if this is true, that TUDOR uses the ROLEX "motors" that fail the COSC test.
That was back in 1982 when I inquired about one, I even still have the catalogue at hand.

Thanks Jim - yeah the Tudor brand is great aint it? I actually love to hear people talk the brand down as Rolex wannabees etc as it means there is more fine examples for the likes of us to choose from!

Thanks, it's really a cheap imitation croc that I tried on my Breitling. Didn't look right but looks pretty good on the Sub I think. Been carrying the bracelet around now for two days tring to get to the watchmaker's to have a link removed. I'm afraid to mess with that.
