What is a Daytona like this worth. I am being told it’s all factory diamonds and beze

I am being told this is a watch worth about 58k ? Did Rolex make a factory bezel and face like this. Card is dated 2016. Can my Daytona’s pros and Rolex pros chime in on this piece

Well, although jewels aren’t really my thing, I get the appeal of a Rainbow Daytona. I don’t really appreciate this one.

That is factory 116568BR I have seen one at AD in Carmel Ca I think 79k msrp not sure though
